In our kitchen/ restaurant in Craft & Stay, our chefs select the freshest local ingredients daily to craft an evolving menu that combines traditional Japanese and international cuisine. Breakfast is served here every morning to Craft & Stay guests, who can also pre-book dinner.

Takigahara Cafe is open from morning until early evening. Here, you can enjoy homestyle lunch dishes using Takigahara-grown produce, light snacks, and refreshments like homemade juices made from seasonal syrups and freshly picked herb tea.

Moss Bar is a cozy Hokuriku sake, Japanese whiskey, and natural wine bar built inside a kura, a traditional Japanese storehouse.

Our farm-to-table philosophy starts with home-grown produce and extends to how we enjoy our meals together, shared around a table or campfire.

The Takigahara food experience showcases our way of life in the countryside - seasonal, wholesome, and crafted from nature.
